SEO to GEO provides search engine optimization, generative engine optimization, and related digital consulting services. Service tiers, deliverables, and pricing are described on our website and in individual service agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or engaging our Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt any part of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, methodologies, code, and materials provided through the Services are the intellectual property of SEO to GEO or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Work product delivered to you under a paid service agreement is licensed for your use as specified in that agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for Services are as quoted on the website or in your service agreement. All payments are due in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Custom engagements are governed by their individual service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO to GEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or AI citation placements. Results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO to GEO, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
